What is Insights Discovery?

Insights Discovery uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, strengths, and the value they bring to the team. The model uses colour energies to bring the psychology behind Insights to life and it’s the mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue which determines how and why people behave the way they do. 

By understanding your own and other’s unique preferences, you can take simple, practical steps to achieve your potential and improve your everyday relationships at work.

How does it work?

After completing an online evaluator which measures your colour energy preferences, you will receive your Insights Discovery Personal Profile.   

This in-depth profile provides information on strengths and possible blind spots, communication style, the value you bring to a team, and much more. Each profile includes suggestions for development that can be put into practice right away. 

Why Insights?

Having studied and had first-hand experience of various psychological profiling tools over the years, I’ve tended to work more with Insights Discovery as it’s easy to understand and practical to apply with clients at all levels.

Rooted in the psychology of Carl Jung, it provides a readily accessible means of viewing behavioural preferences and how they play out in our day to day experience and relationships.
