About …

With the benefit of hindsight I realise that my work as consultant and coach has silently taken shape over many years. From formative time in executive leadership positions to a deepening desire to support people on their own journey.
Having led senior teams in companies such as Virgin and BT, and worked with clients across a range of sectors, I understand firsthand the opportunities and challenges leaders face.
But we are each on our own journey. From the senior executive wrestling to build an effective new team, to the hard-working business owner feeling stretched trying to cover all the bases. Or simply just being ourselves, striving to be the best we can be, taking on life’s challenges, and sometimes struggling to see the wood from the trees.
As a natural and empathetic listener with a calm and down-to-earth style, my goal is always the same — helping people unlock their full potential.
They say you teach best what you most need to learn…As such, I am a qualified coach with the Association for Coaching and member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology, I am also accredited in Insights Discovery psychometric and team profiling tools and certified in CACHE Awareness of Mental Health.
My commitment to performance and well-being has also fuelled my passion for cycling and the outdoors, whether that be exploring the countryside on two wheels or simply soaking up nature.
This affection for the natural world has seen me take on the role as Board Chair and Non-Executive Director at Solas for Nature— an organisation dedicated to revitalising ecosystems and creating biodiversity returns for local communities. I am deeply committed to using my corporate experience for a greater purpose, helping to drive positive environmental and community impact.
What you seek is seeking you … Rumi
